DecksNJ.com can create very
detailed 3D renderings of your fence panels, and the
post style you may want.

You can email or fax us a copy of your property survey, and
we can give you
and estimated price for the scope of what
you want to have installed.
We schedule a visit to your home, take all needed
measurements,
and discuss with you what you would like to see incorporated
into
the fence project, as far as gates and other
features or options.
We can produce drawings that closely resembles what your
fence panel,
including color choices and special
features, like lattice tops, arches, etc.
The fee charged for these drawings start at $60 (if you need
them), and
is credited back into the price of your
completed project.
These drawings would be yours to use for fine tuning
what you want to see as a finished design,
and you can share with family
and friends, to get opinions and feedback.
These drawings also allow us to provide you with a 100%
accurate
pricing based on all details that may not come up until
project is being built.
They give you the ability to get bids on your project,
comparing like
specifications and workmanship.
Our Best Price Policy insures you that we will match or beat
any price
given to you by a qualified installer, licensed in New Jersey,
and providing the same specifications, workmanship and
warranties.
Once you have a signed agreement with DecksNJ.com,
fees for designs and drawings are credited into your project
price.
If for some reason you choose to use another installer, the
drawings are
yours to keep and use as reference material.
We also take care of any drawings on your survey for you, so
a zoning
permit can be obtained from the township. Never
install a fence without
a permit, as neighbors can make a
complaint to the town, and you may be
required to remove
it, and follow all needed procedures to re-install it.
